We are looking for an experienced **IT Recruitment Executive / Senior Recruiter** to manage end-to-end technology recruitment while developing strong client and candidate relationships. The role combines **IT recruitment, staffing, candidate sourcing, client account management, requirement handling, interview coordination, and successful hiring closures**.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT recruitment or staffing, a strong professional network, and the ability to understand technical requirements and identify qualified candidates efficiently. Existing client relationships and experience managing active IT hiring accounts will be highly valuable.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Manage **end-to-end IT recruitment** across multiple technical positions and client requirements.
-   Understand client requirements, technical job descriptions, required skills, experience levels, and hiring priorities.
-   Source qualified candidates through **LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean searches, referrals, and professional networks**.
-   Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, availability, location, and client requirements.
-   Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming technology requirements.
-   Prepare and submit suitable candidate profiles to clients within agreed turnaround times.
-   Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure timely follow-up at every stage.
-   Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
-   Coordinate offer discussions, negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
-   Drive recruitment processes toward successful **offer and joining closures**.
-   Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and hiring managers.
-   Manage assigned client accounts and proactively identify new and upcoming hiring requirements.
-   Support new requirement generation through regular client engagement and account development.
-   Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
-   Track recruitment pipelines and provide timely updates on hiring progress.

What Makes You a Great Fit

-   **3+ years of experience** in IT recruitment, IT staffing, recruitment consultancy, or technology hiring.
