As a Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for building reliable, scalable, and high-performance backend applications. You will work closely with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design effective solutions, and deliver production-ready software.

The role requires strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, microservices, AWS, and distributed systems, along with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms. You will also contribute to code quality, system optimization, technical discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using **Java, Spring Boot, and AWS**.
-   Build and enhance microservices-based architectures for enterprise-scale applications.
-   Develop reliable solutions for high-traffic and low-latency distributed environments.
-   Design and implement APIs and backend services following scalable architecture principles.
-   Utilize AWS services such as **EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda** for application development and deployment.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   **5–9 years of hands-on experience** in Java backend development.
