We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Presales Specialist with strong expertise in IT Managed Services and NOC (Network Operations Center) solutioning. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth by collaborating with sales, delivery, and technical teams to design scalable and customer-centric managed service solutions. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, solution design capabilities, client engagement skills, and business acumen to support enterprise customers across diverse industries.

The candidate should possess hands-on experience in presales activities such as requirement gathering, solution architecture, proposal creation, RFP/RFI responses, effort estimation, and customer presentations within the IT Managed Services domain.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored IT Managed Services and NOC solutions.
-   Lead presales engagements including discovery discussions, technical consultations, solution presentations, and proposal development.
-   Prepare high-quality RFP, RFI, RFQ, and SoW responses aligned with customer expectations and organizational capabilities.
-   Design end-to-end managed services solutions covering infrastructure monitoring, incident management, alert handling, network monitoring, server management, cloud operations, and service desk support.
-   Develop solution architectures, costing models, transition plans, SLAs, and operational workflows for managed services engagements.
-   Collaborate with delivery, operations, and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
-   Support customer meetings, technical workshops, and bid defense presentations to demonstrate service capabilities and value propositions.
-   Participate in solution estimation, resource planning, risk analysis, and pricing discussions.
-   Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT infrastructure management and NOC operations.
-   Contribute to building reusable solution templates, presales collateral, presentations, and knowledge repositories.
-   Ensure proposed solutions comply with operational standards, security guidelines, and customer business objectives.

### Required Skills

### Must-Have Skills

-   Strong expertise in IT Managed Services and NOC (Network Operations Center) solutioning.
-   Deep understanding of infrastructure monitoring, incident management, event management, network operations, and ITIL-based service delivery processes.
-   Experience in designing and proposing managed services solutions for enterprise customers.
-   Hands-on experience in presales activities including solutioning, proposal writing, effort estimation, and customer presentations.
-   Good understanding of networking, servers, cloud infrastructure, monitoring tools, and managed support operations.
-   Ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

### Good-to-Have Skills

-   Prior experience in a Presales/Solutioning role within IT Managed Services environments.
-   Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
-   Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
-   ITIL certification or knowledge of IT service management frameworks.
-   Experience in multi-geo support models and managed operations transitions.

### Qualifications & Experience

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
-   5–10 years of relevant experience in Presales, Solutioning, or IT Managed Services consulting.
-   Proven track record of supporting enterprise deals and delivering successful solution proposals in the managed services domain.
