We are looking for skilled product development engineers to create and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise cloud applications. This position demands robust technical knowledge, as well as the capability to lead development initiatives and guide team members.

## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Evaluate business needs and design scalable solutions based on cloud technologies
-   Engage in the complete product development lifecycle from start to finish
-   Lead the architecture, design, and code review processes
-   Build enterprise-level applications using C#, .NET Core, ReactJS, and Azure cloud services
-   Apply DevSecOps methodologies throughout development and deployment phases
-   Serve as a hands-on technical leader within a Scrum team environment
-   Ensure the quality, performance, security, and maintainability of deliverables
-   Provide mentorship to team members and participate in their performance assessments
-   Work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams

### **Required Skills**

-   6 to 10 years of experience in enterprise product development
-   Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and Azure DevOps
-   Experience with frontend frameworks, preferably ReactJS
-   Practical knowledge of containerized development using Docker, AKS, and Service Fabric
-   Familiarity with messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ and Azure services like Azure Functions and Logic Apps
-   Strong understanding of databases, including SQL Server and PostgreSQL
-   Knowledge of microservices and/or micro-frontend architectural patterns
-   Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of DevSecOps practices

### **Preferred Skills**

-   Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Apache Superset
-   Understanding of performance engineering, monitoring, and test automation tools
-   Previous experience leading agile or Scrum teams
