We are looking for an experienced and strategic **Lead – Offline Marketing** to plan, lead, and scale localised offline marketing initiatives across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in **pharma, healthcare, or doctor-centric events**, along with the ability to develop structured marketing programmes that strengthen brand visibility, build strategic partnerships, and generate measurable business outcomes.

This role focuses on centralised strategy, funnel-based campaign planning, team leadership, and governance rather than day-to-day event logistics. You will work closely with branch leaders and local marketing coordinators to develop proactive marketing calendars, establish repeatable engagement models, and ensure consistent brand experiences across locations.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage annual and quarterly offline marketing strategies and calendars aligned with business goals and sales funnel targets.
- Identify regional marketing opportunities proactively and develop structured playbooks for top-, mid-, and bottom-of-funnel initiatives.
- Plan local brand awareness campaigns, sponsorships, association partnerships, and healthcare ecosystem engagement programmes.
- Design educational seminars, knowledge-sharing sessions, curated group engagements, and relationship-building events.
- Develop high-intent engagement formats, including invitation-only roundtables and curated meetings with doctors, high-net-worth individuals, and other priority audiences.
- Lead, mentor, and support branch-level marketing coordinators responsible for on-ground execution.
- Provide event briefs, target audience guidelines, messaging frameworks, and performance metrics to regional teams.
- Build strategic relationships with hospitals, medical associations, healthcare professionals, and relevant local partners.
- Create repeatable event formats and scalable engagement models that can be implemented consistently across cities.
- Establish premium brand experience guidelines, event standards, and SOPs to maintain consistency across regions.
- Allocate and monitor regional marketing budgets, assess ROI, and optimise spending based on engagement and funnel performance.
- Develop vendor frameworks and negotiation guidelines to improve cost efficiency and event quality.
- Establish compliance protocols, approval workflows, documentation standards, and audit-ready processes.
- Review regional performance reports, identify improvement opportunities, and share insights with senior marketing leadership.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- **7+ years of experience** in offline marketing, event marketing, or field marketing, preferably within pharma, healthcare, or doctor-centric events.
- Proven experience planning and managing marketing programmes across multiple branches, regions, or locations.
- Strong understanding of funnel-based marketing, brand awareness initiatives, relationship marketing, and audience engagement.
- Experience coordinating with senior stakeholders, healthcare professionals, hospitals, associations, and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, provide strategic direction, and drive accountability for execution.
- Strong expertise in event planning frameworks, partnership development, vendor management, and budget oversight.
- Ability to define success metrics, evaluate ROI, and connect offline marketing activities with business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Understanding of compliance requirements, approval processes, and documentation practices for healthcare-related engagements.
- Ability to handle confidential client information with discretion and professionalism.
- Willingness to travel as required to support regional marketing initiatives and stakeholder engagements.
- A graduate degree in any discipline is required.
