We are looking for an experienced **Irrigation Manager** to lead the planning, execution, operation, and maintenance of large-scale landscape irrigation projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in irrigation engineering, project management, resource planning, and team leadership within the landscaping industry.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead the planning, execution, operation, and maintenance of large-scale landscape irrigation systems.
-   Manage irrigation projects across multiple sites, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
-   Oversee irrigation networks, pump stations, filtration systems, controllers, valves, water tanks, and related infrastructure.
-   Review irrigation designs, hydraulic calculations, water demand analysis, and technical documentation.
-   Prepare and manage project budgets, procurement plans, resource allocation, and cost control.
-   Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
-   Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical proposals.
-   Supervise testing, commissioning, and successful handover of completed irrigation systems.
-   Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, water authority requirements, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.
-   Lead and mentor engineering teams, site staff, and project resources to achieve project and operational objectives.

**Required Qualifications**

-   Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or an equivalent engineering qualification.
-   Minimum **10 years of UAE experience** in the landscaping industry, including at least **5 years in a managerial role** leading irrigation projects.
-   Proven expertise in planning, execution, operation, and maintenance of large-scale irrigation systems.
-   Strong knowledge of hydraulic calculations, irrigation design principles, and water management.
-   Experience managing manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and multiple concurrent projects.
-   Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and irrigation engineering/design software.
-   Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
-   Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Industry Experience**

-   Candidates from the **landscaping, irrigation, infrastructure, or environmental services** sectors with extensive UAE project experience will be highly preferred.
