### About the role

• Define and execute a long-term AI strategy aligned with research and business goals, focusing on emerging areas like AGI, multimodal AI, and AI security  
• Lead the creation of a world-class AI research ecosystem, including architecture design, infrastructure, and talent acquisition  
• Drive end-to-end ownership from ideation to productisation, ensuring research outputs translate into scalable, deployable AI products  
• Build and scale high-performing teams consisting of AI researchers, scientists, and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence  
• Oversee development of advanced AI models including proprietary LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic AI frameworks
