We are seeking an experienced **NR RM (Non-Resident Relationship Manager)** with **5–10 years of experience** in banking, investment advisory, and wealth management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients, understanding their financial objectives, and providing customized investment and wealth management solutions.

The role requires a strong understanding of **banking products, investment solutions, portfolio management, and wealth management**, along with excellent relationship-building and communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with NRI clients while identifying opportunities to grow the client portfolio and achieve business targets.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage and develop relationships with **NRI/HNI clients**, understanding their financial goals, investment preferences, and risk profiles.
-   Provide personalized **wealth management and investment solutions** based on client requirements and financial objectives.
-   Act as a trusted **investment specialist**, advising clients on suitable investment products, asset allocation, portfolio diversification, and long-term wealth creation.
-   Develop a strong understanding of **banking products and services** relevant to NRI customers, including NRE/NRO accounts, deposits, remittances, loans, insurance, and investment products.
-   Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across banking, investment, and wealth management products.
-   Acquire new NRI clients through referrals, networking, existing relationships, and other business development channels.
-   Maintain regular engagement with clients and provide timely updates regarding their portfolios, investments, and financial requirements.
-   Analyze client portfolios and recommend appropriate investment strategies based on market conditions, financial objectives, and risk appetite.
-   Coordinate with internal teams including investment specialists, operations, compliance, credit, and product teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
-   Ensure adherence to applicable **KYC, AML, regulatory, compliance, and banking guidelines** for NRI relationships.
-   Monitor client portfolios and proactively identify opportunities or risks requiring attention.
-   Maintain accurate client records, relationship information, investment details, and business pipeline.
-   Achieve assigned revenue, acquisition, investment, and portfolio growth targets.
