**Job Title: AI Delivery Manager (10–15 Years Experience)**

**Location: NYC, NY - ONSITE**

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a seasoned AI Delivery Manager to oversee the complete delivery lifecycle of AI/ML and GenAI-driven projects for enterprise clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong experience in global delivery leadership, managing large-scale programs, and direct involvement with AI/ML/GenAI initiatives.

This position demands a combination of technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and exceptional execution skills, emphasizing the ability to scale AI solutions from proof-of-concept to full production deployment.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

**AI Program Delivery**

-   Oversee the complete delivery lifecycle of AI/ML and GenAI programs, from initial ideation and proof of concept through to production deployment.
-   Coordinate multiple AI projects, including:

-   Applications of Large Language Models (RAG, agents, copilots)
-   Deployment of data science and machine learning models
-   AI-driven automation and business transformation initiatives

-   Ensure projects are delivered on schedule with high quality and cost-effectiveness throughout engagements.

**Client & Stakeholder Management**

-   Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients operating in data-intensive sectors.
-   Collaborate closely with senior leadership (CTO, CIO, Product Heads) to establish AI strategies and roadmaps.
-   Drive account growth and explore expansion opportunities.

**Delivery & Program Management**

-   Manage extensive, multi-million dollar portfolios and programs.
-   Lead distributed and global teams comprising engineering, data science, and product professionals.
-   Implement delivery governance frameworks, establish KPIs, and maintain reporting mechanisms.
-   Ensure compliance with Agile and Scrum methodologies and best practices.

**AI & Technology Leadership**

-   Collaborate closely with AI/ML teams on:

-   Model development lifecycles
-   MLOps and deployment strategies
-   Data pipeline management and cloud infrastructure

-   Promote adoption of:

-   Generative AI tools (such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, etc.)
-   Cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure

-   Offer guidance on AI system solution architecture.

**Transformation & Innovation**

-   Lead initiatives driving AI-based digital transformation.
-   Identify opportunities to:

-   Automate legacy systems
-   Enhance efficiency through AI technologies
-   Reduce operational costs with intelligent solutions

**Required Qualifications**

-   10 to 15 years of experience in delivery and program management.
-   Demonstrated success in managing large-scale enterprise programs.
-   Practical experience with AI/ML/GenAI projects for at least 1 to 3 years.
-   Strong expertise in:

-   Global delivery models
-   Stakeholder management
-   Budget oversight and portfolio ownership

-   A background in data platforms or managing large-scale enterprise systems is highly desirable.
