We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented **Retail Operations Manager** to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail outlets while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multi-store retail operations, implementing standardized processes, and leading high-performing teams. Experience in **new store openings** and **café operations** will be a strong advantage.

As a Retail Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless store performance, maintaining operational standards, optimizing profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across all locations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing, finance, HR, and supply chain to support business expansion and operational efficiency.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring consistent execution of operational standards and company policies.
-   Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing action plans.
-   Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and frontline teams to build a customer-centric culture.
-   Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and compliance across all stores.
-   Monitor operational costs, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall store profitability.
-   Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely stock availability and minimize inventory losses.
-   Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and operational metrics to make data-driven business decisions.
-   Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuously improve operational processes.
-   Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements across all retail locations.
-   Work closely with senior leadership to execute business strategies and support expansion initiatives.

### Qualifications

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
-   MBA or relevant certifications in Retail Operations or Operations Management are preferred.
-   5–15 years of experience in retail operations, preferably managing multiple stores or regional operations.
