We are looking for an accomplished **Principal Backend Engineer** with deep expertise in **microservices, scalable backend architecture, low-latency systems, and high-performance application development**. This role is suited for a senior technology professional who can combine hands-on engineering with architectural ownership and technical leadership.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **Python, Node.js and/or Golang, MongoDB, distributed systems, algorithms, solution design, and scalable application architecture**, with the ability to make critical technical decisions and guide engineering teams toward robust solutions.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Design and implement **low-latency, highly available, scalable, and high-performance backend applications**.
-   Own the architecture and technical direction of assigned modules and services.
-   Design, develop, and evolve **microservices-based architectures** for large-scale applications.
-   Write clean, reusable, testable, maintainable, and efficient production-grade code.

What Makes You a Great Fit
