We are looking for a highly experienced Senior DevOps Lead to drive cloud infrastructure, platform reliability, automation, and enterprise-scale deployment operations in a fast-growing technology environment. This role requires a strong leader who can architect and manage secure, scalable, and high-availability cloud systems while enabling faster engineering delivery through AI-first DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will take ownership of AWS infrastructure, CI/CD modernization, Kubernetes orchestration, infrastructure automation, security compliance, and observability frameworks. You will work closely with engineering, platform, security, and leadership teams to support large-scale enterprise rollouts, mission-critical integrations, and modern cloud-native operations. The role demands expertise in DevOps automation, cloud security, infrastructure as code, identity management, compliance standards, and deployment optimization while ensuring platform stability, operational efficiency, and seamless developer experience across distributed global teams.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and manage cloud infrastructure operations across AWS environments.
-   Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
-   Drive Infrastructure as Code adoption using Terraform and automation tools.
-   Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized application deployments.
-   Ensure platform scalability, reliability, security, and high availability.
-   Implement monitoring, observability, logging, and incident response systems.
-   Support SOC2, HIPAA, and enterprise-grade compliance requirements.
-   Manage identity and access management solutions including Okta and Azure AD.
