We are seeking an experienced and analytical **Corporate Credit Analyst** with a strong background in **Corporate Banking**, **Credit Risk**, and **AI-enabled credit assessment**. This role is ideal for professionals who understand corporate credit evaluation and can bridge the gap between business requirements and technology by supporting the development and adoption of AI-driven credit solutions.

As a Corporate Credit Analyst, you will collaborate with business, risk, and technology teams to translate corporate credit processes into scalable AI-powered solutions that enhance credit decision-making, risk management, and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in defining business requirements, validating AI use cases, supporting implementation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance standards while driving continuous improvement across credit operations.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Collaborate with business, risk, and technology teams to align AI-driven credit solutions with corporate banking processes and business objectives.
-   Translate corporate credit use cases into clear functional, business, and data requirements for technical implementation.
-   Define, prioritize, and manage business requirements to support the successful delivery of AI-enabled credit solutions.
-   Partner with Credit, Risk, Finance, and business stakeholders to validate AI use cases, model outputs, and business impact.
-   Support AI solution implementation through user acceptance testing (UAT), process integration, and change management activities.
-   Ensure AI initiatives comply with internal risk frameworks, regulatory guidelines, model governance, and ICAAP requirements.
-   Identify opportunities to improve corporate credit assessment, underwriting, and risk management using AI and advanced analytics.
-   Monitor solution performance, gather stakeholder feedback, and recommend enhancements to improve credit processes and operational efficiency.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication between business users and technology teams.
-   Prepare documentation, business process maps, and reports to support solution delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   5+ years of experience in **Corporate Banking**, **Corporate Credit Analysis**, or **Credit Risk Management**.
-   Strong understanding of corporate lending, financial statement analysis, credit underwriting, and risk assessment methodologies.
-   Knowledge of how **AI and Machine Learning** can enhance credit decision-making and risk management processes.
-   Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications for technology or analytics teams.
-   Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, model governance, ICAAP, and enterprise risk management practices.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business process improvement skills.
-   Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
-   Experience supporting AI adoption, UAT, process integration, or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
