We are looking for a **Senior UX Designer** with a strong foundation in user experience design, research-driven problem solving, and systems thinking. In this role, you will design intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences that solve complex problems while balancing user needs with business objectives.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to create seamless experiences across digital products. The ideal candidate is passionate about user research, information architecture, and interaction design, with the ability to transform insights into impactful product experiences.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

### User Experience Design

-   Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from research and discovery to wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
-   Design intuitive, user-centered experiences that address complex business and user challenges.
-   Develop scalable design solutions using systems-based thinking and reusable design patterns.
-   Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.

### User Research & Validation

-   Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to understand user behaviors and pain points.
-   Translate research findings into actionable design improvements.
-   Validate design decisions through iterative testing and user feedback.
-   Advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.

### Information Architecture & Interaction Design

-   Design clear and intuitive information architectures and navigation systems.
-   Simplify complex workflows and data-rich interfaces into engaging user experiences.
-   Explore multiple design approaches and refine solutions based on feedback and usability insights.

### Collaboration & Communication

-   Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
-   Present design concepts, research findings, and design rationale to stakeholders with confidence.
-   Collaborate throughout the product lifecycle to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
-   Foster a collaborative design culture through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing.

### Design Leadership

-   Own UX delivery across multiple product initiatives simultaneously.
-   Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.
-   Help establish and evolve UX standards, best practices, and design processes.
-   Continuously improve workflows to increase design quality and team efficiency.

### Required Qualifications

-   4–8 years of professional experience in **User Experience (UX) Design**.
-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field preferred.
-   Strong expertise in user-centered design methodologies, user research, and usability testing.
-   Deep understanding of Information Architecture, interaction design, and UX principles.
-   Proficiency in **Figma** and modern UX design workflows.
-   Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and design documentation.
-   Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to balance user needs with business goals while delivering scalable solutions.
-   Experience mentoring junior designers and contributing to design systems and standards.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience designing both B2B and B2C digital products.
-   Exposure to fintech or other data-intensive applications.
-   Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles.
-   Advanced prototyping skills for usability testing and interactive demonstrations.
-   Familiarity with design systems and scalable component libraries.
