We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to drive brand strategy, consistency, and positioning across all physical and digital touchpoints. This is a high-ownership role that requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to build a distinctive and aspirational brand in the real estate space.

As part of a growing organization, you will play a key role in establishing brand systems, processes, and best practices, laying a strong foundation for long-term growth, recognition, and market differentiation.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

**Brand Strategy & Positioning**

-   Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen identity, visibility, and recall
-   Ensure all brand communications align with the organization’s vision, values, and positioning
-   Build a differentiated brand narrative that resonates with target audiences

**Brand Consistency & Creative Management**

-   Maintain consistency across all touchpoints, including marketing collateral, project sites, events, and digital platforms
-   Collaborate with design agencies and external vendors to create high-quality, brand-aligned assets
-   Oversee content development and ensure cohesive, compelling storytelling across channels

**Digital & Social Media Presence**

-   Lead and manage social media platforms, including LinkedIn, in line with brand positioning
-   Ensure content strategy reflects brand ethos and drives engagement
-   Work closely with agencies to optimize digital presence and campaigns

**Research & Insights**

-   Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
-   Monitor brand performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement
-   Leverage insights to refine positioning and communication strategies

**Vendor & Budget Management**

-   Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
-   Oversee budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI on marketing spends
-   Drive efficiency and accountability across brand initiatives

**Key Skills & Competencies**

-   Strong understanding of branding, positioning, communication, and design principles
-   Experience in media planning and performance analytics
-   Ability to work independently with end-to-end ownership
-   Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
-   Strong vendor management and budget control capabilities
-   Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign optimization
-   Analytical mindset with a focus on insights and continuous improvement

**Qualifications & Experience**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field
-   5–8 years of experience in brand management
-   Prior experience in real estate, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors preferred
-   Proven track record of building and maintaining brand identity across multiple channels
