We seek a seasoned Events Operations specialist to oversee and implement comprehensive event operations, guaranteeing smooth planning, coordination, and on-site execution. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in operations, vendor management, and event coordination, particularly with corporate, brand, or large-scale events.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire event operations process from start to finish  
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, venues, and partners  
• Manage event logistics, production schedules, and operational planning  
• Guarantee seamless execution on-site and resolve any issues that arise  
• Conduct vendor negotiations, budgeting, and procurement activities  
• Supervise event setup, production, staffing, and delivery of client requirements  
• Maintain event timelines, checklists, and all operational documentation  
• Arrange necessary permissions, transportation, lodging, and other event necessities as needed  
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations  
• Compile post-event reports and analyze operational outcomes

### Required Skills:

• Proven experience in event operations and execution  
• Strong skills in vendor and stakeholder management  
• Capability to handle multiple events or projects concurrently  
• Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills  
• Effective communication and team leadership abilities  
• Capacity to perform well under tight deadlines and in changing environments  
• Proficiency with MS Office and event coordination software tools

### Preferred Background:

• Experience working with event management agencies, experiential marketing firms, exhibitions, concerts, corporate events, or activation companies is desirable

### Qualification:

A Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or a related discipline is preferred.
