## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the organisation's BFSI-focused objectives.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with **banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, fintechs, and other financial-services organisations**.
-   Collaborate with senior stakeholders and industry leaders to understand evolving BFSI talent and capability requirements.
-   Translate industry requirements into actionable programmes, partnerships, and initiatives.
-   Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution and ensure timely delivery.
-   Identify new opportunities for partnerships, business development, industry engagement, and institutional growth.
-   Conduct market and industry research to identify emerging trends across **Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance**.
-   Develop presentations, business proposals, reports, and strategic communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
-   Track project performance, outcomes, and key metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
-   Work closely with academic, business, operations, marketing, and industry teams to deliver high-quality initiatives.
-   Support engagement with senior executives, industry experts, and institutional partners.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   **5+ years of relevant professional experience**, preferably in BFSI, consulting, education, business development, strategy, partnerships, or related domains.
-   Strong understanding of the **Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI)** ecosystem.
-   Experience working with senior stakeholders across banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, fintechs, or other financial institutions.
-   Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market opportunities and translate them into actionable initiatives.
-   Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-   Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and cross-functional stakeholders.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to decision-making.
-   Comfortable taking ownership of initiatives in an evolving and entrepreneurial environment.
-   Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
-   Strong project management and execution skills with a focus on measurable outcomes.
