We are looking for an experienced **Java Full Stack Developer** with strong expertise in **ReactJS** to build, enhance, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade applications. The role requires hands-on experience across backend and frontend development, with a strong focus on Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, REST APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and modern DevOps practices.

You will work closely with product, architecture, QA, and engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an Agile environment, solving complex technical challenges, and contributing across the complete software development lifecycle.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using **Java and ReactJS**.
-   Develop robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using **Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring Data JPA**.
-   Build responsive, reusable, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using **ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3**.
-   Design and implement microservices-based applications and API integrations.
-   Integrate applications with **Apache Kafka** and other enterprise messaging systems.
-   Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using **Microsoft Azure** services.
-   Work with **MS SQL Server** for database development, query optimization, and performance tuning.
-   Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps teams, and Scrum teams throughout the development lifecycle.
-   Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, code reviews, and design sessions.
-   Ensure application code follows established coding standards, security practices, and engineering best practices.
-   Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation and DevOps initiatives.
-   Troubleshoot application and production issues and implement effective technical solutions.
-   Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.
-   Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and engineering practices.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   7+ years of professional experience in **Full Stack Application Development**.
-   Strong hands-on expertise in **Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and REST APIs**.
-   Strong experience with **ReactJS**, preferably with modern React development practices.
-   Good knowledge of **JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3**.
-   Solid understanding and practical experience with **Microservices Architecture**.
-   Hands-on experience with **Apache Kafka** or similar messaging platforms.
-   Experience developing and deploying applications using **Microsoft Azure**.
-   Strong understanding of **MS SQL Server**, relational databases, SQL queries, and database performance optimization.
-   Experience with **Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile, and Scrum methodologies**.
-   Exposure to **Kubernetes, MuleSoft, API gateways, and enterprise integrations** is an advantage.
-   Experience with cloud-native application development and containerized deployments is preferred.
-   Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-   Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and take ownership of technical deliverables.
-   Experience in the **Financial Services or Banking domain** will be an added advantage.
-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, or a related discipline.
