We are looking for an experienced **Engineering Leader** to lead and scale engineering across product, platform, integrations, data, and AI initiatives. The role combines **technical leadership, people management, architecture, product delivery, and engineering strategy**.

The ideal candidate will be a strong player-coach who can build high-performing engineering teams, drive scalable technology solutions, and partner closely with Product, Design, Operations, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-impact products and platforms.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Lead engineering strategy and execution across **product, platform, integrations, data, and AI** initiatives.
-   Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams and technical leadership capabilities.

-   Drive hiring, performance management, career development, and leadership development across engineering teams.

What Makes You a Great Fit

-   **10+ years of experience** in software engineering, technology leadership, engineering management, or a related field.
-   Proven experience leading and scaling **high-performing engineering teams** across multiple technology domains.

-   A Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline** is preferred.
