We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will bring a structured approach to project delivery, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively. ## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects within defined timelines and budgets.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, procurement, design, and operations to ensure seamless project delivery.
-   Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
-   Track project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
-   Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
-   Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide project updates and resolve issues proactively.
-   Manage documentation, reporting, and project records for transparency and audit purposes.
-   Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and delivery quality.

**Required Skills & Competencies**

-   Strong understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycle.
-   Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
-   Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar platforms.
-   Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
-   Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

**Good to Have Skills**

-   Certified Project Manager (e.g., PMP or equivalent certification) is preferred.
-   Educational background or hands-on experience in Civil Engineering.
-   Familiarity with construction or infrastructure project environments.
-   Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and contract management.

**Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering preferred, or a related field.
-   2–5 years of relevant experience in project management or project coordination roles.
