-   **2+ years of professional experience** in technology, financial services, fintech, digital transformation, product, data, analytics, or a related field.

-   Good understanding of financial services, banking products, customer journeys, or technology-enabled business processes.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to complex challenges.
