## Requirements

-   Own the **end-to-end recruitment lifecycle** from sourcing to onboarding.
-   Drive hiring across **corporate, business, operations, and specialized roles**.
-   Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other channels.
-   Screen candidates, conduct initial HR discussions, and assess candidates for role and culture fit.
-   Partner closely with **hiring managers and leadership** to understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
-   Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, offer negotiations, and closure.
-   Build and maintain a strong **talent pipeline** for current and future hiring needs.
-   Track recruitment metrics such as **TAT, source effectiveness, conversion ratios, and offer-to-joining ratio**.
-   Contribute to improving our **hiring processes, candidate experience, and employer branding**.
