## Requirements

Professional Skills 

• Proficiency in working with NPCI payment rails such as UPI, AePS, BBPS, and IMPS, along with knowledge of transaction protocols (ISO 8583), reconciliation processes, and banking partner integrations. 

• Knowledge of payment technology stacks, including payment switches and transaction routing systems, API-based integrations (REST/JSON, API Gateways), messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and database architectures (RDBMS/NoSQL/Redis) used to support high-volume digital payment ecosystems.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments using Jenkins/GitLab CI/Azure DevOps, Docker containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and AWS/Azure/GCP environments 

• Knowledge of payment security frameworks including encryption, tokenization, HSM concepts, OAuth2/JWT authentication, and compliance standards such as PCI-DSS and RBI/NPCI guidelines. 

• Ability to leverage monitoring, observability, and reporting tools to track transaction success rates, latency, reconciliation, incidents, and overall payment platform performance. 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and support identification of improvement opportunities. 

• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills, enabling collaboration with crossfunctional teams, vendors, and banking partners.
