We are looking for an experienced **Full-Stack Senior Product Software Engineer** to design, build, and support scalable products and mission-critical systems. The role combines strong backend engineering with modern frontend development, technical ownership, system reliability, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **Java, Spring Boot, React.js, microservices, REST APIs, relational databases, and distributed systems**, along with a pragmatic approach to solving complex engineering challenges at scale.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, deploy, and support scalable **microservices and user interfaces** using Java and modern frontend technologies.
-   Build reliable backend services using **Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservice architectures**.
-   Develop responsive and maintainable frontend applications using **React.js or other modern JavaScript frameworks**.
-   Translate product requirements and user stories into actionable technical solutions and engineering tasks.
-   Own features throughout the complete lifecycle, from technical design and development through testing, deployment, and production support.
-   Design efficient database schemas and queries for relational databases such as **MySQL and PostgreSQL**.
-   Apply principles of loose coupling, service encapsulation, scalability, and maintainability when designing distributed systems.
-   Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver user-focused product experiences.
-   Participate in architecture and technical design discussions and contribute to engineering decisions.
-   Mentor and support engineers through **code reviews, technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and informal guidance**.
-   Define and implement technical and operational metrics to measure system health and manage engineering risks.
-   Improve system observability through **metrics, monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting**.
-   Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
-   Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to operational excellence and system reliability.
-   Champion best practices in code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, and Agile software development.
-   Evaluate and use appropriate **AI-powered engineering and automation tools** while following organisational policies and security guidelines.

What Makes You a Great Fit

-   **6–9 years of hands-on software engineering experience** in full-stack or product engineering environments.
-   Strong proficiency in **Java and Spring Boot**, including Spring-based application development and ORM technologies.
-   Proven experience with **React.js** or modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or Vue.
-   Strong understanding of **microservices, RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and loosely coupled architectures**.
