We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer with strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), clickstream tracking, and data integration. This role focuses on enabling advanced analytics by implementing tracking, exporting data, and integrating multiple data sources, especially within the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) ecosystem.

You will play a key role in ensuring robust analytics implementation, accurate data collection, and seamless data stitching across platforms to unlock business-driven use cases such as attribution, audience insights, and campaign performance optimization.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Digital Analytics & Implementation
-   Lead and manage GA4 implementation and enhancements across web and app properties.
-   Design and implement event tracking frameworks, tagging strategies, and data layers.
-   Maintain and update analytics instrumentation based on evolving business requirements.
-   Ensure data accuracy, validation, and QA of tracking across platforms.
-   Data Integration & Engineering
-   Export clickstream data from analytics platforms (GA4/Adobe Analytics or similar) for downstream usage.
-   Ingest and integrate data from GMP platforms such as Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager (CM360), and DV360.
-   Work on data stitching and merging clickstream data with marketing/media datasets.
-   Enable unified datasets for advanced analytics and reporting use cases.
-   Analytics Use Cases & Insights
-   Support and build use cases leveraging enriched clickstream data, such as:
-   Attribution and campaign performance analysis
-   Audience segmentation and targeting
-   Funnel and conversion optimization
-   Collaborate with business, marketing, and analytics teams to translate requirements into actionable data solutions.
-   Data Quality & Governance
-   Ensure data consistency and governance across analytics and integrated data sources.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues, discrepancies, and integration gaps.
-   Maintain documentation for tracking specifications, data flows, and integration logic.

**Qualifications**

-   6–8 years of experience in digital analytics, clickstream tracking, or analytics engineering.
-   Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or any Adobe CJA/Analytics or any other clickstream tracking tool _(mandatory)_.
-   Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar tools is a plus.
-   Proven experience in data export, ingestion, and integration across analytics platforms.
-   Strong understanding of data merging, stitching, and modeling concepts.
-   Experience in updating and maintaining analytics implementations on client properties.
-   Working knowledge of SQL and data processing concepts.
-   Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

-   Experience with Google Marketing Platform (GMP) tools:

-   Search Ads 360
-   Campaign Manager (CM360)
-   DV360
-   Exposure to marketing attribution, audience analytics, or media measurement use cases.
-   Experience with CDPs or event-driven architectures (e.g., mParticle, Segment, AEP).
-   Education
-   Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related discipline.
