We are looking for an experienced **Java Tech Lead** with strong expertise in **Java, J2EE, and jQuery** to lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of scalable enterprise applications. The role combines hands-on software development with technical leadership, architecture, code quality, and team guidance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise Java technologies and the ability to translate business requirements into robust, maintainable, and high-performance solutions. You will work closely with product, engineering, QA, and other stakeholders while providing technical direction throughout the software development lifecycle.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise applications using **Java and J2EE**.
-   Provide technical leadership and hands-on development support across complex software projects.
-   Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
-   Design and develop backend services, business logic, APIs, integrations, and reusable application components.
-   Apply strong understanding of **J2EE architecture, enterprise application development, object-oriented programming, and design patterns**.
-   Develop and maintain web application functionality using **jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS**.
-   Integrate frontend components with Java-based backend services and APIs.

-   Support application deployment, production releases, monitoring, and issue resolution.
-   Identify opportunities for refactoring, automation, modernization, and reduction of technical debt.
-   Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and implementation guidelines.
-   Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation, sprint planning, technical reviews, and delivery discussions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline** is preferred.
