We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strong leader with proven expertise in B2C sales, team management, operational excellence, and revenue generation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving branch-level business targets, leading large sales teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving customer acquisition and retention strategies. ### Revenue & Sales Management

-   Drive branch revenue growth by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
