- Understand client briefs, business requirements, workplace needs, budgets, timelines, and design expectations.
- Develop creative and practical design concepts aligned with project objectives and client requirements.
- Lead space planning, layouts, concept presentations, mood boards, material selections, and design development.
- Prepare and review interior design drawings, specifications, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, project managers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure approved design intent is clearly communicated and maintained throughout project execution.

- Coordinate with estimation and procurement teams to ensure design solutions remain commercially viable.
- Participate in client presentations, design reviews, meetings, and approval discussions.

- Ensure design deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed project schedules.
- Manage multiple design assignments and prioritise deliverables based on project requirements.
- Support value engineering and identify opportunities to optimise cost without compromising design intent.
- Establish and maintain design standards, templates, documentation practices, and quality benchmarks.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth transition from design development to execution.
- Mentor and guide junior designers and contribute to improving design processes and team capabilities.
- Stay updated on commercial interior trends, workplace design, materials, sustainability, and emerging design practices.

- Experience working on corporate offices, commercial spaces, retail, hospitality, or turnkey projects will be an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools**.
- Ability to read and review architectural drawings, technical documentation, BOQs, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Strong design sensibility with excellent attention to detail, functionality, aesthetics, and buildability.
