We are looking for an experienced **IT Infrastructure & Technology Professional** to support, maintain, and optimise enterprise technology environments. The role will involve managing day-to-day infrastructure operations, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting business applications and systems, and ensuring reliable and secure IT services.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting abilities, a proactive approach to infrastructure management, and the ability to work effectively across multiple technology and business teams.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Manage and support day-to-day **IT infrastructure and technology operations**.
-   Monitor systems, applications, infrastructure components, and services for availability and performance.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, system, network, and application-related technical issues.
-   Perform system administration, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and patching activities.
