We are seeking an experienced **Head of Supply Chain** to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations with a strong emphasis on **last-mile delivery, logistics efficiency, and operational scalability**. As the Head of Supply Chain, you will oversee procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations to ensure seamless execution across the supply chain. Working closely with operations, sales, technology, finance, and vendor partners, you will develop scalable supply chain strategies, improve service levels, optimize costs, and implement technology-driven solutions that enhance operational performance. ## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
-   Lead procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations.
-   Design and optimize last-mile delivery networks to improve delivery speed, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   8+ years of experience in **Supply Chain Management**, **Logistics**, or **Operations Leadership**, with significant exposure to **last-mile delivery**.
-   Proven track record of designing and scaling high-performance supply chain networks in fast-growing organizations.
-   Strong expertise in inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation planning, and distribution management.
-   Deep understanding of last-mile logistics, route optimization, fleet management, and fulfillment operations.
-   Experience driving cost optimization, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
