As an NDA GAT Faculty member, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the NDA examination pattern and syllabus. You will teach a broad range of subjects including **English Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension, General Science, Physics, Chemistry, History, Geography, Current Affairs, and General Knowledge**.

The role requires a strong understanding of competitive-examination pedagogy, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and a student-focused approach to academic mentoring. You will also contribute to assessments, study materials, mock examinations, performance analysis, and personalised student support.

You will work closely with the Mathematics faculty and academic leadership to ensure students receive comprehensive preparation for the NDA written examination.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver engaging, structured, and concept-oriented classes covering **NDA English and GAT**.
-   Teach English, General Science, Physics, Chemistry, History, Geography, Current Affairs, and General Knowledge as per the NDA syllabus.
-   Develop lesson plans, study materials, question banks, assignments, worksheets, and revision resources.
-   Conduct regular **mock tests, sectional tests, quizzes, and assessments** aligned with NDA examination standards.
-   Analyse student performance and identify academic gaps requiring additional support.
-   Provide individual mentoring, doubt resolution, remedial instruction, and targeted academic guidance.
-   Analyse previous years' NDA question papers to identify important topics, question patterns, and examination trends.
-   Incorporate exam-oriented problem-solving techniques, practice strategies, and time-management methods into classroom teaching.
-   Keep students updated on **current affairs, defence-related developments, and significant national and international events** relevant to NDA preparation.
-   Track student progress and maintain accurate academic and performance records.
-   Provide constructive feedback to students and academic leadership on learning outcomes and areas for improvement.
-   Collaborate with Mathematics faculty and academic teams to create an integrated NDA preparation strategy.
-   Mentor students on **revision planning, examination strategy, time management, and test-taking techniques**.
-   Participate in academic reviews, student/parent interactions, faculty meetings, and other institutional activities as required.
