### About the role

-   Design, develop, and maintain **scalable, high-performance backend services using Go/Golang**.
-   Build and integrate **RESTful APIs and microservices** with a focus on reliability and scalability.
-   Strong understanding of **Go concurrency, goroutines, channels, error handling, and performance optimization**.
-   Experience with **SQL/NoSQL databases** such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
-   Good exposure to **Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)**.
-   Experience with **gRPC/Protobuf** and distributed systems is an added advantage.
-   Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
-   Troubleshoot production issues and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions.
