We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Group Leader** with **2–6 years of experience** in infrastructure, virtualization, cloud platforms, and system administration. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in **Nutanix, Hyper-V, and AWS**, along with the ability to guide a team, manage technical operations, and ensure the reliability and performance of IT infrastructure.

As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day technical activities, supporting team members, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure and cloud-related projects. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain stable, secure, and scalable environments. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and coordinate a team responsible for infrastructure, virtualization, cloud, and system administration activities.
-   Provide technical guidance and support to team members while ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
-   Manage and maintain Nutanix infrastructure, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
-   Administer and support Hyper-V environments, including virtual machine provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and issue resolution.
-   Work with AWS services to support cloud infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, security, and operational requirements.
-   Monitor infrastructure performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
-   Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to servers, virtualization platforms, cloud environments, and infrastructure components.
-   Participate in incident management and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
-   Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, and implementation activities.
-   Ensure infrastructure environments follow established security, operational, and compliance standards.
-   Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge-sharing materials.
-   Assist in capacity planning, performance monitoring, and infrastructure scalability initiatives.
-   Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual activities.
-   Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders regarding team activities, project progress, and operational issues.
-   Encourage collaboration, continuous learning, and adherence to best practices within the team.

Must-Have Skills

-   Strong hands-on experience with **Nutanix**, including administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management.
-   Good experience working with **Microsoft Hyper-V** and virtualization technologies.
-   Strong knowledge of **AWS** services and cloud infrastructure management.
-   Understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, storage, networking, and server infrastructure.
-   Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure and system-related issues efficiently.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Good communication and team coordination abilities.
-   Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Good-to-Have Skills

-   Experience in **Linux System Administration**, including server management, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
-   Exposure to **Microsoft Azure** and hybrid cloud environments.
-   Knowledge of **PowerShell** scripting for automation and infrastructure administration.
-   Familiarity with infrastructure automation and monitoring tools.
-   Understanding of IT service management processes and incident management practices.
-   Relevant certifications in AWS, Nutanix, Microsoft, Azure, or Linux technologies will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
-   **2–6 years of relevant experience** in infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, or system administration.
-   Previous experience in a technical leadership, team coordination, or mentoring capacity will be an advantage.
