## Requirements

**Key Skills We Are Looking For**  
 

-   Strong Engineering Leadership and People Management experience
-   Hands-on expertise in **Python & Lang-graph**
-   Microservices, Distributed Systems, and REST API Architecture
-   Cloud-native development, preferably **AWS**
-   Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps practices
-   Enterprise integrations and platform engineering
-   Architecture and technical decision-making
-   Experience managing and mentoring large engineering teams
-   Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration  
     

**Preferred Experience**  
 

-   AI Agents / Intelligent Automation / Agentic Workflows
-   LLM / GenAI integration exposure
-   Workflow orchestration and event-driven architectures
-   SaaS and multi-tenant platforms
-   Healthcare domain experience would be an added advantage
