We are looking for an experienced **UI/UX Developer** with a strong combination of user experience design, interface development, and data-platform understanding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually engaging, and highly functional digital experiences while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams.

This role is suited for someone who can translate user and business requirements into thoughtful interface solutions and contribute throughout the design and development lifecycle. Experience working with **Databricks** or data-intensive applications will be highly valuable.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces for web and digital applications.
-   Understand business requirements, user needs, and product objectives and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.
-   Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs.
-   Develop and maintain consistent design systems, reusable components, and UI standards.
-   Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
-   Convert approved designs into responsive and functional user interfaces where required.
-   Ensure consistency across layouts, typography, navigation, interactions, and visual elements.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   **5+ years of professional experience** in UI/UX design, UI development, product design, or a closely related role.
-   Strong understanding of **UI/UX design principles**, user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
-   Proven experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity designs.
-   Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, spacing, layout, hierarchy, and consistency.
-   Experience designing responsive web applications and enterprise-grade digital products.
