### About the role

• Supervise and oversee day-to-day coating/painting application activities at site

• Ensure strict quality control (QC) of coating application in line with project specifications and industry standards

• Monitor and ensure project completion within agreed timelines

• Prepare, verify, and submit bills/invoices on time, ensuring accurate documentation of work completed

• Coordinate closely with contractors, site teams, and client/user representatives to ensure smooth execution

• Identify and resolve on-site issues related to coating application, surface preparation, and material handling

• Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and QC documentation

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols

• Willingness to travel and stay at various project sites depending on business/project requirements
