We are looking for a **Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst** to turn complex data into meaningful insights that drive business growth and strategic decision-making. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, solving ambiguous business problems, developing analytical models, and communicating insights in a clear, actionable way.

You will work across multiple areas of the business, using data to understand performance, identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and support better decisions. The role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to work on challenging problems across product, growth, operations, marketing, and customer experience.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Analyse large and complex datasets to solve high-impact business and product problems.
-   Translate business requirements into analytical questions, hypotheses, and actionable insights.
-   Perform data extraction, cleansing, manipulation, exploratory analysis, and statistical modelling.
-   Develop and automate analytics dashboards and reporting using tools such as **Tableau, Power BI, and Excel**.
-   Work extensively with **SQL and relational/non-relational databases** to retrieve and analyse data.
-   Use **Python, R, SQL, and other analytical tools** to build data models and automate recurring analysis.
-   Develop data science and predictive models using appropriate statistical and machine-learning methodologies.
-   Conduct experiments and evaluate results to support product and business decisions.
-   Identify trends, anomalies, opportunities, and performance gaps through structured data analysis.
-   Present complex analytical findings in a concise and business-friendly manner.
-   Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, and other cross-functional teams.
-   Partner with Data Engineering teams to resolve data-quality issues and conduct root-cause analysis.
-   Continuously improve analytical processes, dashboards, models, and data-driven decision-making practices.

### What's Makes You a Great Fit

-   **3+ years of experience** in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field, preferably within a product-driven organisation.
-   Bachelor's degree in **Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics**, or a related quantitative discipline.
-   Strong analytical and structured-thinking abilities with excellent problem-solving skills.
-   Hands-on expertise in **SQL, Python, R, and Excel** for data manipulation and analysis.
-   Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.
-   Strong understanding of statistics, experimentation, hypothesis testing, and analytical methodologies.
-   Practical experience with **Tableau, Power BI**, or similar data-visualisation platforms.
-   Ability to build analytical models and translate data into clear business recommendations.
-   Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying data issues.
-   Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
