## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Troubleshoot and resolve database-related technical issues, with a strong focus on SQL.
-   Support database connectivity, drivers, and client integrations.
-   Assist customers with database features, performance, and best practices.
-   Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
-   Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while meeting SLA commitments.
-   Maintain technical documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.
-   Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
-   Minimum 3 years of experience in Database Support or Database Administration.
-   Strong hands-on experience with SQL and SQL scripting.
-   Good understanding of Data Warehousing (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI) concepts.
-   Experience with database connectivity, ETL tools, reporting tools, and database drivers.
-   Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, R, or Lua.
-   Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
-   Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

**Preferred Skills**

-   Experience supporting enterprise database platforms.
-   Customer-facing technical support experience.
-   Ability to handle critical production incidents and work within SLA-driven environments.
