We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **Interior Project Manager** to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of interior fit-out and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **Civil Engineering** and hands-on experience managing commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, or corporate interior projects from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional project management capabilities, technical expertise, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to deliver projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards.

As an Interior Project Manager, you will collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution while maintaining strict adherence to engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and civil construction projects.
-   Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
-   Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
-   Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, engineering specifications, and quality standards.
-   Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
-   Review BOQs, technical drawings, material specifications, and construction documents.
-   Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
-   Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and progress reviews to maintain high construction standards.
-   Manage procurement activities and coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment.
-   Track project costs, monitor budgets, approve invoices, and control project expenditures.
-   Resolve technical issues and site challenges while minimizing project delays.
-   Prepare regular project status reports and communicate updates to internal teams and clients.
-   Lead project handovers, snag closures, and final quality inspections.

### Required Qualifications

-   Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering** is mandatory.
-   4–10 years of experience managing interior fit-out or civil construction projects.
-   Proven experience handling multiple projects simultaneously with successful on-time delivery.
-   Strong understanding of construction methodologies, civil works, and interior finishing processes.
-   Experience working with contractors, consultants, and cross-functional project teams.
-   Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
-   Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, Microsoft Excel, and other project management tools is preferred.
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
