We are seeking an experienced and passionate **Maths Faculty** to deliver high-quality instruction for students preparing for **JEE (Main & Advanced)** and other competitive engineering entrance examinations. ## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver comprehensive classroom and online sessions for Mathematics aligned with JEE (Main & Advanced) syllabus and examination patterns.
-   Develop structured lesson plans, study materials, assignments, worksheets, and mock tests to support student learning.
-   Teach advanced mathematical concepts through conceptual, problem-solving, and application-based methodologies.
-   Guide students in improving analytical thinking, logical reasoning, speed, and accuracy for competitive examinations.
-   Assess student performance through regular tests, evaluations, and doubt-clearing sessions, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
-   Mentor students individually by identifying learning gaps and developing personalized improvement strategies.
-   Create challenging practice questions and examination-oriented content based on evolving JEE trends.
-   Collaborate with academic teams to refine curriculum, teaching methodologies, and assessment frameworks.
-   Stay updated with changes in JEE syllabus, examination patterns, and emerging educational best practices.
-   Participate in academic planning, faculty meetings, workshops, seminars, and student engagement initiatives to enhance overall learning outcomes.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   10+ years of teaching experience in **Mathematics** with significant expertise in **JEE (Main & Advanced)**preparation.
-   Strong command of Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, Probability, Vectors, and other advanced mathematical topics.
-   Proven track record of mentoring students who have achieved excellent results in JEE and other competitive examinations.
-   Excellent ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts through engaging and conceptual teaching methods.
