We are looking for a talented and motivated **Machine Learning Engineer** with **3–10 years of experience** to design, develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning solutions that solve complex business and technical problems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **Python** and a solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, model development, data processing, and production deployment.

You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders to build reliable and scalable ML systems. This role offers an opportunity to work across the complete machine learning lifecycle, from experimentation and model development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models using Python.
-   Build scalable and maintainable machine learning pipelines for production environments.
-   Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
-   Translate business requirements into effective machine learning solutions.
-   Develop reusable Python code and follow best practices for testing, documentation, and version control.
-   Deploy and manage machine learning models in cloud-based environments.
-   Monitor model performance, data quality, reliability, and production behavior.
-   Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML models into applications, APIs, and existing systems.
-   Troubleshoot model and pipeline issues and identify opportunities for performance and cost optimization.
-   Stay updated with advancements in machine learning, MLOps, cloud technologies, and emerging AI techniques.

### Must-Have Skills

### Python

-   Strong hands-on experience with **Python** for machine learning and data processing.
-   Proficiency with common Python libraries and frameworks used for ML development.
-   Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
-   Experience writing clean, modular, scalable, and production-ready Python code.
-   Practical experience developing, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models.

### Good-to-Have Skills

### Vertex AI

-   Experience using **Google Cloud Vertex AI** for model training, deployment, experimentation, or monitoring.
-   Familiarity with managed ML workflows, model endpoints, pipelines, and MLOps practices.

### Terraform

-   Experience with **Terraform** for infrastructure as code and automated cloud infrastructure provisioning.
-   Understanding of reusable Terraform modules and infrastructure management practices.

### Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

-   Hands-on experience working with **GCP** services and cloud-based ML infrastructure.
-   Familiarity with services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, Compute Engine, and related data/ML services.
-   Understanding of cloud security, scalability, networking, and cost optimization is a plus.

### Qualifications

-   **3–10 years of professional experience** in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, AI Engineering, or a closely related field.
-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
-   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-   Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
-   Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
