### Job Overview

-   **Executive Collaboration:** Establish and sustain robust relationships with **C-Level Executives** within large enterprise accounts.
-   **Technical Coordination:** Collaborate with technical teams to guarantee smooth solution delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
-   **Market Awareness:** Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and market developments to provide innovative solutions.
-   **Relationship Building:** Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

**Target Achievement:** Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets and performance goals.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue objectives within the designated region.
-   Experience in managing a team of five members is required.
-   Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
-   Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
-   Offer sales coaching and mentorship to the sales team.
-   Track market trends and competitor activities to uncover opportunities and adjust sales strategies as needed.
-   Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
-   Demonstrated success in IT infrastructure sales, Cyber Security Sales, Networking, MSO (Managed Services), and Digital Workplace solutions.
-   Previous experience in a sales management role, leading a team of sales professionals.
-   Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and Cyber Security products and services.
-   Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
-   Capability to develop and sustain strong client relationships.
-   Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

### Qualifications

Qualifications:  
\- Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA is an advantage.  
\- Over 15 years of experience in IT sales, preferably with a Systems Integrator (SI) background.  
\- Deep knowledge of infrastructure and Cyber Security trends.  
\- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.  
\- Strong leadership and P&L management skills are essential.
