**This role is for one of the Weekday's clients**

**Salary range: Rs 600000 - Rs 800000 (ie INR 6-8 LPA)**

## Requirements

Membership Engagement - Domestic: Align the industry’s capabilities with the needs of the MoD/Services and vice versa.  
Arrange interactions, roundtables, conferences, and similar events.

Emphasize membership growth  
Organize member meetings and roadshows  
Periodically prepare presentations  
Ensure the accuracy of the members' directory  
Draft notes for meetings, reports, and other documentation as needed.

Support members’ engagement with key decision-makers and assist in resolving their concerns.  
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key officials at the MoD and the three Services.  
After each interaction, prepare a report to be shared with the MoD or other relevant stakeholders.

Membership

Create platforms and opportunities to address members’ challenges and identify new business prospects for them.  
Recruit new members to further strengthen SIDM  
Lead specific Committees.  
Manage invoicing  
Handle data validation and management
