We are looking for an experienced **SAP FICO Consultant** with strong expertise in **SAP S/4HANA Finance, Financial Accounting, Controlling, and end-to-end implementation**. The role requires a strong understanding of finance business processes, SAP configuration, solution design, integration, testing, data migration, and deployment.

The ideal candidate will be capable of working directly with business stakeholders and clients to understand requirements, lead workshops, design scalable SAP Finance solutions, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional SAP teams.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and support **SAP S/4HANA Finance** implementation, rollout, enhancement, and solution-design activities.
-   Analyse finance business processes and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
-   Conduct workshops with clients, finance stakeholders, and business teams to gather and validate requirements.
-   Design and configure SAP Finance solutions based on business and functional requirements.
-   Support **Tax Setup, SAP localisation, and rollout projects** across relevant business environments.
-   Configure and support integration between SAP Finance and **MM, SD, and PS** modules.
-   Contribute to **Controlling (CO)** implementation and related finance transformation initiatives where required.
-   Analyse and manage **WRICEF requirements** and prepare detailed Functional Specifications for technical development.
-   Coordinate with ABAP and other SAP technical teams to deliver required enhancements and integrations.
-   Perform configuration, unit testing, integration testing, defect analysis, and resolution.
-   Support data migration activities, including requirements, validation, reconciliation, and business readiness.
-   Participate in and coordinate **cutover planning and execution** for SAP S/4HANA deployments.
-   Coordinate with cross-functional SAP functional and technical teams throughout implementation and deployment.
-   Support go-live and post-go-live activities, including issue resolution and stabilisation.
-   Maintain functional documentation, configuration records, specifications, test cases, and implementation deliverables.
-   Ensure solutions are aligned with SAP best practices, business requirements, and project standards.
-   Contribute to continuous improvement of SAP Finance processes and solution architecture.

What Makes You a Great Fit

-   **7+ years of experience** in SAP Finance and Controlling with strong hands-on SAP FICO expertise.
-   Proven experience delivering at least **2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations**.
-   Strong knowledge of **SAP S/4HANA Finance configuration, solution design, and business process integration**.
-   Strong understanding of core Finance processes and cross-functional SAP ERP processes.
-   Hands-on experience with **Tax Setup, localisation, and SAP rollout projects**.
-   Strong integration experience with **MM, SD, and PS**.
-   Experience with **Controlling implementation** would be an advantage.
-   Strong experience gathering requirements and conducting workshops with clients and business stakeholders.
-   Experience handling **WRICEF requirements and Functional Specifications**.
-   Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, defect resolution, and production support.
-   Experience managing **cutover and data migration activities**.

-   Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-   Ability to work independently while managing multiple project priorities and deliverables.
-   **Pharma or life sciences industry experience** would be an advantage.
