We are looking for an experienced and results-driven **GTM Head** to lead our go-to-market strategy, strengthen our brand presence, and drive sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will have **6–18 years of experience** across marketing, brand building, performance marketing, and growth strategy, with a strong understanding of how to translate business objectives into impactful marketing initiatives.

As the GTM Head, you will own the end-to-end go-to-market function, working closely with leadership, sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, define target audiences, develop positioning, and execute campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and own the overall **go-to-market strategy** aligned with the company's business objectives, growth plans, and target markets.
-   Build and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, offline, content, partnerships, events, and other relevant channels.
-   Define and strengthen the company's **brand positioning, messaging, identity, and market differentiation**.
-   Lead **performance marketing** initiatives across channels such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic platforms, and other relevant acquisition channels.
-   Own marketing budgets, campaign planning, forecasting, and allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
-   Develop customer acquisition and growth strategies across different stages of the funnel.
-   Partner with sales and business development teams to improve lead generation, conversion, pipeline contribution, and overall GTM effectiveness.
-   Use market research, customer insights, competitor analysis, and performance data to identify new opportunities.
-   Establish and monitor key marketing and business metrics, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
-   Lead the development of high-quality marketing campaigns, content, communications, and brand initiatives.
-   Build and manage relationships with external agencies, creative partners, media partners, and other marketing vendors.
-   Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams on product launches, market expansion, positioning, and pricing communication.
-   Build and mentor high-performing marketing and growth teams while establishing clear goals, processes, and accountability.

### Must-Have Skills

-   Strong expertise in **Marketing**
-   Proven experience in **Brand Strategy and Brand Building**
-   Deep understanding of **Performance Marketing**
-   Strong knowledge of GTM strategy, customer acquisition, and growth marketing
-   Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI
-   Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
-   Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and marketing technology
-   Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills

### Experience & Qualifications

-   **6–18 years of relevant experience** in marketing, growth, brand, performance marketing, or GTM leadership roles.
-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
-   Demonstrated track record of building brands, scaling acquisition, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
-   Experience in a high-growth, technology-driven, consumer, SaaS, or startup environment will be an advantage.
