We are looking for an experienced **Senior Backend Developer** with strong hands-on expertise in **Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs**. The candidate should have experience designing and developing scalable, reliable, high-performance backend applications and should be comfortable taking ownership of solutions from design through deployment and production.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using **Java and Spring Boot**.
-   Design and develop **RESTful APIs and Microservices**.
-   Participate in **system design and architectural discussions**.
-   Build reliable, secure, maintainable, and high-performance backend systems.
-   Design efficient database interactions and optimize application/database performance.
-   Troubleshoot complex application and production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
-   Participate in **code reviews** and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
-   Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
-   Identify technical risks, edge cases, scalability concerns, and potential improvements proactively.
-   Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving overall engineering standards.
-   Take **end-to-end ownership** of assigned modules/features from requirement analysis to production deployment.

**Mandatory Skills**

-   **10+ years of software development experience**
-   Strong hands-on experience with **Java**
-   Strong experience with **Spring Boot**
-   Strong understanding of **Microservices Architecture**
-   Strong experience designing and developing **REST APIs**
