As a Community & Growth Executive, you will spearhead initiatives that drive student engagement and expand our community footprint across Gurugram and beyond. You will craft and execute strategies that resonate with learners, converting enthusiasm into measurable growth for the organization. Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and partnership teams, you will ensure every touchpoint nurtures a vibrant, inclusive community. Your role will be pivotal in translating community insights into scalable business development opportunities.

## Requirements

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Develop and implement community engagement programs that increase student participation and retention.

• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with educational institutions and industry leaders.

• Analyze community metrics and feedback to refine outreach and growth tactics.

• Organize and host events, webinars, and workshops that align with our education mission.

• Lead initiatives to onboard new members and convert them into brand ambassadors.

• Manage day-to-day community interactions across social media, forums, and live sessions.

• Collaborate with content creators to produce relevant and engaging educational materials.

• Design and execute campaigns that drive membership sign-ups and upsell opportunities.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform growth strategies.

• Report on growth KPIs and community health to senior leadership.

• 1+ years of experience in community management and business development.

• Proven track record of successful student engagement or similar programs.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi.

• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strategic partnerships.

• Creative mindset for designing engaging events and content.

• Proficiency with community platforms (Slack, Discord, or similar) and CRM tools.

• Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Passion for education and empowerment of learners.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
