## Requirements

**What You’ll Do:**

-   Develop, maintain, and scale backend services and APIs utilizing Python & FastAPI.
-   Guarantee that APIs are **secure, efficient, and thoroughly documented**.
-   Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth and JWT.
-   Design and manage **structured databases** to ensure data integrity, optimal performance, and scalability.
-   Work closely with frontend and product teams to achieve smooth integrations.
-   Research and apply cloud technologies (AWS/GCP) as preferred.
-   Engage in code reviews and promote best practices for writing **clean, scalable, and maintainable code**.
-   Utilize AI-driven development tools like Windsurf, Claude, and GPT to enhance productivity.
-   Take initiative in solving problems, experiment boldly, and improve processes independently without relying solely on assigned tasks.

**What We’re Looking For:**

-   Strong expertise in Python & FastAPI.
-   Solid understanding of **JavaScript and Python-based frameworks**.
-   Proficiency with Git and **best practices in version control**.
-   Deep knowledge of **structured databases, backend architecture, and data modeling**.
-   Extensive experience with **secure API design and authentication/authorization** methods.
-   Ability to create **clear, context-rich documentation** for APIs and backend systems.
-   Curious, self-driven, and proactive attitude — beyond merely completing assigned tasks.
-   Passion for learning new technologies, experimenting, and refining workflows.
-   Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities.

**Nice-to-Haves:**

-   Experience with ReactJS / NextJS.
-   Familiarity with Linux and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

-   Experience with testing frameworks, caching strategies, database optimization, and microservices architecture.
