We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with **7+ years of experience** in managing and optimizing paid campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, audience targeting, keyword research, bid management, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, Performance Max).
-   Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
-   Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting for maximum efficiency.
-   Track conversions and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
-   Optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for better CTR and conversion rates.
-   Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
-   Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, policies, and industry best practices.
-   Collaborate with marketing and design teams for creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
-   Drive lead generation campaigns with a focus on CPL optimization and ROI.

### Required Skills & Qualifications:

-   Minimum **7+ years of hands-on experience** in digital marketing and Google Ads campaign management.
-   Strong understanding of SEM, PPC, Display Advertising, and remarketing.
-   Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4 preferred), and conversion tracking setup.
-   Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data reporting.
-   Expertise in keyword planning, ad copywriting, and A/B testing.
-   Ability to manage large budgets and deliver campaigns within defined KPIs.

### Good to Have:

-   Experience with other paid media channels (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
-   Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
-   Experience in real estate marketing campaigns (added advantage).
