### Responsibilities

### Quality Management

-   Develop, implement, and continuously enhance Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure product safety, reliability, and compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, and other applicable regulatory frameworks.
-   Establish quality governance mechanisms, metrics, and reporting structures across engineering and operational functions.

### Program Management Office (PMO) Leadership

-   Lead enterprise-wide PMO initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment, execution excellence, and governance across critical programs and projects.
-   Drive portfolio planning, resource management, risk tracking, milestone monitoring, and executive reporting.
-   Establish standardized project management methodologies, tools, and best practices across the organization.

### Chief of Staff & Strategic Execution

-   Partner closely with executive leadership to drive strategic priorities, organizational transformation initiatives, and operational excellence programs.
-   Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by managing cross-functional initiatives, executive communications, decision-making processes, and business reviews.
-   Facilitate alignment across engineering, quality, operations, manufacturing, procurement, and business teams to ensure successful execution of company objectives.

### AI-Native Quality & Operational Transformation

-   Champion the adoption of AI-driven tools and data analytics to enhance quality management, operational efficiency, predictive risk management, and decision-making.
-   Identify and implement AI-powered solutions for process optimization, quality monitoring, root cause analysis, audit readiness, and program governance.
-   Foster a culture of innovation by integrating AI and automation into quality and program management workflows.

### Process Improvement

-   Lead continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and digital transformation methodologies.
-   Define and monitor KPIs to enhance quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

### Inspection, Testing & Risk Management

-   Oversee development and implementation of inspection, validation, and testing frameworks throughout the product lifecycle.
-   Establish proactive risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate quality, operational, and program-related risks.

### Regulatory Compliance & Audits

-   Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable regulatory and industry requirements.
-   Lead internal and external audits, certification programs, and remediation initiatives.

### Team Leadership & Organizational Development

-   Build, mentor, and develop high-performing quality, PMO, and operational excellence teams.
-   Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

### Stakeholder Collaboration

-   Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, product management, operations, and executive leadership teams to achieve organizational goals.
-   Serve as a key interface between strategic leadership and execution teams.

### Requirements

-   **8+ years of progressive experience** in Quality Management, Operational Excellence, PMO, Program Management, or Chief of Staff roles within engineering, manufacturing, medical devices, industrial technology, or related industries.
-   Proven experience leading enterprise-scale quality, transformation, PMO, and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
-   Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), regulatory compliance, inspection methodologies, risk management, and governance frameworks.
-   Demonstrated experience working directly with senior executives and driving strategic business priorities.
-   Hands-on experience leveraging **AI-native tools, automation platforms, advanced analytics, and digital transformation technologies** to improve quality, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
-   Strong program and portfolio management expertise with experience in organizational planning, prioritization, and execution tracking.
-   Relevant certifications preferred:

-   ASQ CQE, CRE, CSQE
-   Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt
-   PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent program management certifications

-   Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
-   Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams while driving organizational change and continuous improvement.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience in AI-enabled quality systems, predictive analytics, digital manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 environments.
-   Experience serving as a Chief of Staff, PMO Head, Transformation Leader, or Strategic Operations Leader supporting executive leadership teams.
-   Exposure to global organizations and multi-site operations.
